Ingredients of Enoki Crispy

1. Prepare 1 bks of jamur enoki (potong melebar seperti kipas).
2. Prepare 3 sdm of tepung terigu.
3. Prepare 1 sdm of tapioka.
4. It's 1 of putih telur.
5. Prepare 1/4 sdt of kaldu.
6. You need 1/2 sdt of garam.
7. You need 1/4 of merica halus.
8. It's of Air secukup nya.
9. You need of Minyak secukup nya.

Enoki Crispy step by step

1. Campur terigu, tapioka, telur, garem, kaldu, merica dan air, aduk sampai menyerupai adonan yg agak cair.
2. Masukan enoki ke dalam adonan, bolak balik, lalu goreng enoki dlm minyak panas.
3. Bolak balik enoki sampai matang dan kuning kecoklatan.. angkat dan tiriskan.
